ALAN LANGSTONE

With more than 35 years of experience in operational leadership, workplace safety, and risk management, Alan Langstone has built his career on bridging the gap between productivity and safety. His deep understanding of people, work dynamics, and operational challenges allows him to develop practical, high-impact safety solutions that drive business success.
Alan spent the first two decades of his career working in operational and safety roles in the United Kingdom in commercial construction and retail remodeling for some of the country's largest companies and retailers. He then transitioned to the rail industry, where he provided industry-leading solutions for complex construction projects in highly hazardous environments.
In 2007, Alan moved to Charleston, South Carolina, where he built his reputation stateside. He started in a safety role for a major contractor within the steel industry. He then transitioned
into working in EHS leadership for a major steel industry contractor, eventually broadening his scope to oversee safety operations across the U.S. and provide global EHS data analytics for the company’s parent organization.
Most recently, Alan served in a senior management role for a rapidly growing company in the concrete and trucking industries, helping to shape its culture and operational strategies from a safety perspective.
As the founder and CEO of Unstoppable EHS Consulting, Alan leverages his 35 years of knowledge and experience to help companies maximize effectiveness, mitigate risk, and create safer, more efficient workplaces.
